By using Novaris Education, users agree to these Terms of Service. Novaris provides digital education tools for teachers, learners and schools.
Novaris is designed to support teaching, learning, practice, feedback, assessment preparation, classroom organisation and teacher productivity.
Users are responsible for keeping account details secure and using the platform appropriately.
Novaris supports teachers but does not replace professional teacher judgement. Teachers remain responsible for final assessment decisions, moderation, classroom use and learner guidance.
Learners should use Novaris honestly and for educational purposes. Learners must not misuse the platform, submit inappropriate content, or attempt to bypass academic honesty features.
Novaris uses AI to provide feedback, marking support, practice activities and educational assistance. AI responses may contain errors and should be reviewed where necessary.
If teachers connect Google Calendar, Novaris uses read-only calendar access only to import selected calendar events into the Novaris Teacher Calendar. Novaris does not create, edit or delete Google Calendar events.
Users are responsible for content they upload, including documents, images, audio recordings and learner submissions.
Users may not use Novaris to upload harmful, illegal, abusive, offensive or infringing content, or to interfere with the operation of the platform.
Novaris may offer free trials, paid subscriptions and special promotions. Subscription terms may change, but users will be informed of major changes where appropriate.
Novaris aims to provide a reliable service, but access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, technical problems or third-party service issues.
Novaris is provided as an educational support tool. To the extent permitted by law, Novaris is not liable for indirect losses, academic outcomes, missed deadlines, data loss caused by user error, or third-party service interruptions.
Novaris may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform means users accept the updated terms.
